摘要 以酒石酸锑钾(K(SbO)C4H4O6.1/2H2O)和硒粉作为锑源和硒源,自制的2-十一烷基-1-二硫脲乙基咪唑啉季铵盐(SUDEI)为表面活性剂,150℃水热反应24 h,得到不同形貌的Sb2Se3纳米晶。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对Sb2Se3纳米晶进行了表征。讨论了反应条件对Sb2Se3纳米晶形貌的影响。 In this article, with K(SbO)C4H4O6 · 1/2H2O and Se powder as Sb and Se source as well as the self-prepared quaternary ammonium salt of 2-undecyl-l-dithioureido-ethyl-imidazoline(SUDEI) as the surfactant, different morphologic Sb2Se3 nanocrystals have been synthesized via a hydrothermal route at 150 ℃ for 24 h. The prepared Sb2Se3 samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Effects of the reaction conditions on the morphology of Sb2Se3 nanocrystals were also discussed.
