摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)与气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对宁夏银柴胡(Stellaria dichotomaL.var.lanceolata Bge)的挥发油成分进行了分析鉴定,共分离出30多个峰,通过计算机检索,鉴定出其中22种相对含量较高的组分,利用归一化法确定各组分在挥发油中的相对质量百分含量,其中含量最高的化合物分别为去乙酰基蛇形毒素(12.97%)、二甲基邻苯二甲酸酯(10.92%)和14-甲基十五烷酸甲酯(9.00%)。
The volatile components of Stellaria dichotoma L. var. lanceolata Bge in Ningxia were analyzed by the means of GC-MS. 22 components with more than 30 peaks were identified. The major components of Stellaria dichotoma L. var. lanceolata Bge in Ningxia were desacetylsnguidine, dimethyl phthalate and pentadecanoic acid-14-methyl ester.
