过去,大型及超大型电动机的起动不外乎有三种方法:自耦变压器减压起动,独立变压器供电直接全压起动及高压变频器软起动。每种起动方法都各有特点,但在不同方面不同程度上都存在着缺陷。开关变压器技术就是把变压器与可控硅相结合,构造为一个耐高压、大容量的电力电子开关,它可以应用在许多超大功率场合,对其传输功率进行控制。它具有高可靠性、高性能、大容量的优点,给人们提供了一种新的选择。本文将它做为大型及超大型高压电动机起动的优选方法。
In the past, there are only three methods to start large capacity motor, which all have their respective characteristics and limitations in certain aspects and various degrees. They are autotransformer low-voltage starter, high-voltage transducer soft-starter and a dedicated transformer for the motor starting directly on line. Switching transformer high-voltage generator soft-starter is a new option, because of its high reliability, high performance and large capacity. This technology combines transformer and controllable silicon to make an electrical switch with high-voltage resistance and large capacity. It can be used in many super large power situation and control the transferred power. This paper considers it an optimal starting method for large and super-large motors.
