Determination of Shenjindan Capsules by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定伸筋丹胶囊的含量。方法C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值2.8)(21∶79),检测波长为260nm。结果及结论采用高效液相色谱法对样品的含量测定进行了研究,本方法简便、准确、重复性好,为建立样品含量限度提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Shenjindan Capsules. METHODS A C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile mixed with same quantity of 0. 01mol · L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate and 0. 02mol· L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（use 10% phosphoric acid conditioning pH2.8） （21 ： 79） ,and the detection wavelength was at 260nm. RESULTS and CONLUSION The method was simple,accurate,reproductive and provided a reliable basis for establishing the content limitation of samples.
