摘要
采用气稳等离子热喷涂技术，在１７００冷连轧机支承辊油膜轴承密封环磨损处喷涂工业陶瓷氧化铬（Ｃｒ２Ｏ３），制备出优质的涂层。经合适的磨削加工，涂层完好，表面达到原设计要求。
Employing the technology of plasma hot spraying, the industrial ceramic chrome oxide (Cr 2O 3) is sprayed onto the wearing area in the grease diaphragm bearing seals of the backing rolls in 1700mm cold rolling mill to prepare premium coatings. After appropriate grinding and machining, coatings become perfect and the surface can meet original design requirements.
