In this paper, the microstructure and chemical compositions of new low alloy white cast iron are designed. The influences and rare earth complex treatment and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties were studied. The experimental results show that the low alloy white iron has higher synthetic mechanical property and good abrasion-corrosion resistance. In addition, the mechanism of abrasion-corrosion of weak acid in PH=6 medium is discussed primarily.
