摘要
高压电机用特种环氧玻璃粉云母带(以下简称高压带)是选用性能优异的特制粉云母纸,同时筛选出使胶粘剂固化物介电性能优越的促进剂,运用环氧树脂固化机理,研制出了胶粘剂。采用无碱玻璃布作补强材料,经适宜的工艺研制出了高压带。高压带的技术指标高于JB/T6488.3-1992云母带环氧玻璃粉云母带的标准,其中高压带固化前的介电强度由40MV/m提高到45MV/m。通过对高压带性能及用高压带制成线棒绝缘性能的测试得出,该云母带及线棒绝缘具有优异的绝缘性能。
Specific epoxy glass mica paper tape for high-oltage electric machine （ hereafter referred to as high-voltage tape） is the specific mica paper with excellent function. Meanwhile, we manufactured the adhesive by picking up the accelerant, which makes the adhesive＇s solidified material has superior dielectric properties, utilizing the solidification mechanism of epoxy resin. We manufactured high-voltage tape by choosing electric alkali-free glass cloth as reinforcing material and adopting suitable technique. Technical requirements of high-voltage tape is higher than the standard JB/T6488.3-1992 Mica Tape Epoxy Glass Mica Paper Tape, and dielectric strength has improved from 40MV/m to 45MV/m before the high-voltage tape is solidified. The test have proved that high-voltage tape and its bar have outstanding properties of insulation.
