摘要
在总压缩比固定条件下,冷轧压下率对ELC-BH钢板组织和性能的影响实质上是热轧与冷轧变形分配所致,它的一定程度上的增长有助于该板深冲性和塑性的改善。
Based upon the definite total compression ratio, effects of cold-rolling reduction rate on the microstructure and properties of the ELC-BH sheet steel are caused, in fact, by distribution deformation between hot and cold rolling. The increasing to a degree promotes the improvement of deep drawability and plasticity of the sheet. And its limitation is attributed to two different effects of cold-rolling reduction rate on deep drawabilities.
