泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical research of combined famciclovir and diode laser in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的:观察泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将94例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均口服泛昔洛韦250mg,每日3次,共7天,试验组加用半导体激光照射神经根和疼痛最明显区域,每日照射2次,每次10分钟,共7天。结果:试验组痊愈率85.41%,对照组痊愈率65.21%,痊愈率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组总有效率相当,无统计学意义,试验组在水疱停止出现时间、水疱干涸时间、疼痛缓解时间、完全结痂时间均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。试验组后遗神经痛的发生率低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹疗效好,安全,降低了后遗神经痛的发生率。

Objective：To observe the therapeutie effeet of eombined famcielovir and diode laser in herpes zoster. Methods：94 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups： trial group and control group. The two groups were both given oral fameielovir tablets 0.25 g three times per day; and the trial group were additionally given ten-minute diode laser treatment twice per day. The therapeutic course was 7 days. Results：At the end of the treatment, the complete rehabilitation rate in the trial group was superior to that in the control group （85.41% VS 65.21% ,P〈0.01）, without significant difference in curative effect. Furthermore, the time of blister stopping emergence and drying up, the time of pain releasing and complete incrustation in trial group were all shorter than those in control group （P〈0.01）. Meanwhile ,The incidence of postherapeutie neuralgia was significantly lower in trial group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined famciclovir and diode laser was an effective and safe treatment for herpes zoster,with lower incidence of postherapeutie neululgia.
