认知行为矫正法与护理干预缓解产后抑郁症的比较

Comparison of cognitive behavior modification and nursing intervention in the palliation of postpartum depression

目的:比较认知行为矫正法与护理干预两种方式对产后抑郁症的作用。方法:采用随机对照实验法,将产后抑郁症患者分为认知疗法组和护理干预组。在研究之初和结束之即,评估产妇的抑郁程度及症状。结果:两种方法对于产后抑郁症均有效。但护理干预组效果更好。结论:在预防和治疗产后抑郁症方面,护理可以扮演更重要的角色。

Objective：To compare the effect of cognitive behavaior modification and nursing intervention in the palliation of postpartum depression.Methods：With the randomized control trial,the cases of postpartum depression were divided into the cognitive behavior modification group and nursing intervention group.The depressive symptoms and degress were assessed before and after the research.Results：Both the cognitive behavior modification and nursing intervention were effective,but the latter was more effective in the palliation of the degree of postpartum depression.Conclusion：Nursing care can play an important role in the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression.
