In two different ways,the equivalent values of penetrating depth of X-ray corresponding to absorption errors are deduced while measuring Bragg angle via X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that this value was equal to the depth corresponding to the depth at which the diffraction intensity is absorbed to 62.5%.
