摘要
简述了离异共晶β相的特征、生长方式及对力学性能的影响,重点分析了改善和抑制离异共晶β相的方法和措施。在非平衡凝固条件下,Mg-Al系镁合金在晶界处析出大量质硬性脆的β相,阻碍了合金韧性的提高。对几种Mg-Al合金进行了改善和抑制离异共晶β相的试验。结果表明,采用适当的措施可以改善和抑制离异共晶β相。
The characteristics, growing ways of divorced eutectic β phase and its effects on mechanical properties of Mg-Al alloys have been reviewed briefly. The measurements improving and restraining the β phase were paid attention to. The toughness of the alloys can be hampered by much rigid and crisp β phase precipitated from grain boundary in Mg-Al alloy with non-equilibrium solidification. The experiments improving and restraining divorced eutectic β phase in Mg-Al series alloy were conducted. The results indicate that the rational measures can effectively improve and restrain the growth of divorced eutectic β phase.
