摘要
利用增湿FCC催化剂的方法模拟粘性颗粒在负压差立管中形成的静态拱.分析了不同的漏斗半锥角、颗粒的流动函数、含水量和延时效应对拱宽度的影响,实验结果证明连续模型预测拱宽度比结构模型更准确.
The humidified FCC catalyst is takento simulate the foρation of static arching of cohesive particles in a hopper against the pressure gradient. The effect of the half-conic-angle, the fluidity of particles, humidity and consolidation time on the width of static arching is investigated. Experimental results show that as compared with the structural mechanics, the continuum mechanics predict more accurately the width of static arching in the hopper.
