摘要 目的:探讨γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)在干燥综合征(Sjgren Syndrome,SS)患者唇腺组织中的表达及其与唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润的关系。方法:用免疫组化的方法检测唇腺组织中IFN-γ及IL-4的表达,以HE染色的方法来检测唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润情况,分析SS患者中唇腺组织中IFN-γ及IL-4的表达与淋巴细胞浸润情况的关系。结果:SS患者唇腺组织中IFN-γ及IL-4的表达均与对照组无明显差异,以精确概率法分析未发现IFN-γ及IL-4的表达与唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润相关。结论:SS患者唇腺组织中IFN-γ及IL-4的表达未见异常,并与唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润情况不相关,可能在SS唇腺组织的破坏及SS发病过程中不具有重要作用。 Objective :To investigate the expression of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and interlukin- 4(IL-4) in the labial saliary gland of patients with Sjogren' s syndrome(SS) and its relationship with infiltration of lymphocytes. Methods:Expressions of IFN-γ and IL-4 were examined by immunohistechemistry. HE labling method was used to detect the infiltration of lymphecytes in salivary gland. Results :The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 did not differ significantly between the two groups. The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 did not correlate with the infiltration of lymphecytes in salivary gland. Conclusion: The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 were not abnormal in labial saliary gland in patients with SS and did not relate to the infiltration of lymphecytes, which may not play an important role in the process of glandular destruction and in the pathogenesis of SS.
