中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭96例疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Chinese Native Medicine Sausage Treatment on 95 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨中药灌肠对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及延缓CRF进展的作用机制。观察中西医多途径联合治疗慢性肾衰竭早、中期的临床疗效。方法:将96例CRF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用中药灌肠治疗;对照组以一般西医常规治疗,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前、后的肾功能变化,并进行比较。结果:治疗组显效率37.5%,总有效率85.4%,对照组分别为16.6%,52.08%,治疗组明显高于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医多途径联合治疗慢性肾衰竭,其疗效明显,保护肾功能,从而延缓肾衰竭的发展。

Objective ：To explore the clinical curative effect of chinese native medicine sausage on chronic renal failure（CRF） and its function on delaying CRF. Methods ： To observe the clinical effect of chinese - and - westren medicine combined in multiways on treating the chronic renal failure at early or intermediate stage. Result ： treatment group showing results rate 37.5%, the total effectiveness 85.4%, the comparison component only being 16.6% ,52.08%, the treatment group is obviously higher than the comparison-group, two groups of total effectiveness comparisons difference （P 〈0. 01 ） ; The treatment group blood myo - bitter wine （Cr） ,the urea nitrogen （BUN）, the myo- bitter wine （Ccr） improves surpasses the comparison group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：the doctor practicing western medicine multi - ways union treatment chronicrenal failure, its curative effect is obvious, protects the kidneyfunction, thus delays the development of the renal failure .
