摘要
目的分析肾移植后自体上尿路肿瘤的临床病理特征。方法报告1例肾移植后自体上尿路肿瘤并结合文献总结分析我国肾移植后自体上尿路肿瘤的临床表现、临床病理学特点。结果肾移植后自体上尿路肿瘤49例,主要病理组织学类型为肾细胞癌36.7%(18/49)、移行细胞癌59.2%(29/49)、肾肉瘤6.1%(3/49),肾移植后自体上尿路多发性肿瘤18例。肾移植后自体上尿路肿瘤1年和5年生存率分别为61.7%、32.3%。结论移植后自体上尿路肿瘤不同于普通人群,易发生多发性肿瘤,且预后差。
Objective To analyse the characters of clinical pathology of upper urinary malignancies in patients with renal transplantation. Methods We reported a case of upper urinary malignancies in patients with renal transplantation and reviewed documents in three Chinese databases-CNKI, VIP and CMCC. And then we analysed the characters of clinical pathology and the prognosis statistically. Results There were 49 cases of auto-upper urinary malignancies in patients with renal transplantation, which contained 18 renal cellular carcinomas（36.7%）, 29 transitional cell carcinomas, 3 renal sarcomas and 18 multifocal tumors. The 1-year overall survival rate and the 5-year overall survival rate were 61. 7% and 32. 3% respectively. Conclusion Pathological character of auto-upper urinary malignancies in patients with renal transplantation was different from that of nontransplantation population. Post-transplantation patients with tumors had more risk of multifocal tumors and poorer prognosis.
