Intestinal Irritable Syndrome Treated from the Liver

肠道易激综合征其发病多与情志因素有关,肝气郁滞、肝脾不和,久病伤肾是主要病机,IBS的发病与肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调有关,尤以肝的功能失调最为密切。临床常见证型:肝气乘脾型、脾虚肝旺型、肝脾不和,寒热夹杂型。治疗上应从肝论治,参以他法。

Intestinal Irritable Syndrome（IBS） is mostly related to mental factors, the liver qi in block, liver and spleen in disharmony, long disease harming the kidney are the main mechanism. The attack of IBS also concerns the dysfunctional liver, spleen and kidney, esp. the liver. The common clinical signs types：attack of the spleen by hyperactive liver Qi; spleen sufficiency and hyperactive liver, disharmonious liver and spleen, mixed hot and cold. The treatment should start from liver, added with other methods.
