甲状腺乳头状癌nm23-H1、CD31表达与肿瘤转移关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究甲状腺乳头状癌组织中nm23-H1和CD31的表达水平与甲状腺癌转移的关系。[方法]应用EnVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测55例甲状腺乳头状癌和10例癌周组织nm23-H1蛋白和CD31蛋白的表达;并计数CD31标记的肿瘤组织微血管密度。[结果]甲状腺乳头状癌组织中nm23-H1阳性表达率为65.46%,均高于癌周组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);微血管密度(MVD)与nm23-H1的表达之间存在负相关关系。[结论]nm23-H1抑制甲状腺癌肿瘤微血管形成,在抑制肿瘤转移中起重要的作用。 [Objective] To study the expressions of nm23-H1 ,CD 31 in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and the correlation with the lymph node metastasis. [Methods] nm23-H1,CD31 were detected by EnVision^TM immunohistochemistry method in 55 tomour tissues and 10 normal tissues; the expression of CD31 was used for the mark of the vascular endothelial cell, the tumor microvascular density(MVD), [Results] The positive expression rate of nm23-H1 in papillary thyroid cancer was 65.46%, the expression levels of nm23-H1 in papillary thyroid cancer tissue were higher than in normal throid tissue(P〈0.01). There was negative relationship between MVD and nm23-H1. [Conclusions-] nm23-H1 promotes microvascular emerged in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and plays an important role in the lymph nodes metastasis.
