甘草酸二铵注射液联合肝炎灵注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效

Glycyrrhizic Acid Diamine and Ganyanling Injections Treat Chronic Hepatitis Ⅱ

[目的]观察甘草酸二铵注射液联合肝炎灵注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]慢性乙肝患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。2组均给予甘草酸二铵150mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,qd,治疗30天。治疗组给予肝灵注射液70mg肌肉注射,qd,疗程12周。对照组给予护肝片4片,tid,疗程12周。观察用药前后临床症状及生化指标变化。[结果]治疗组HBeAg和HBV DHA阴转率分别为24·14%和42·22%,明显优于对照组。[结论]甘草酸二铵注射液联合肝炎灵注射液能有效抑制HBV DNA复制;促进HBeAg阴转,治疗慢性乙型肝炎安全有效。

[Objective] To observe clinical effect of glyeyrrhizie acid diamine and Ganyanling injections on chronic hepatitis Ⅱ. [Method] Randomly divide 90 cases into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group, which were administered with glyeyrrhizie acid diamine 150mg added with 5%glucose injection 250 ml by intravenous drip for 30d. The treatment group was administered with Ganyanling injection 70mg by muscular injection, qd, for 12 weeks; the control one, 4 Hugan tablets, rid, 12 weeks. Observe clinical symptoms and bio-ehemieal indexes changes before and after medication. [Result] In treatment group, negative rates of HbeAg and HBV DHA were respectively 24.14% and 42.22%, markedly more than that in control one. [Conclusion] Glyeyrrhizie acid diamine together with Ganyanling injections can effectively inhibit HBV DNA copy and promote HBeAg trans-negative, is effective and safe for treating chronic hepatitis Ⅱ.
