通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Tongxinluo Capsule

[目的]观察通心络胶囊对冠心病心律失常的影响。[方法]将50例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组30例病人予通心络胶囊,2片/次,3次/日;予普罗帕酮,每次150mg,每日3次;对照组20例仅服用普罗帕酮。两组疗程均为4周。两组患者治疗前后各作心电图、24h心电图(Holter)检查,治疗后进行总结。[结果]治疗组对房性早搏改善的总有效率为85·5%;对室性早搏的总有效率为66·7%。普罗帕酮对照组对房性早搏改善的总有效率为60·0%;对室性早搏的总有效率为66·7%。治疗组对房性早搏总有效率优于对照组,差别有显著性(P<0·01);对室性早搏总有效率差别无显著性(P>0·05);窦性心动过速有效率优于对照组,差别有显著性(P<0·01);两组心房颤动总有效率差别无显著性(P>0·05);两组阵发性室上性心动过速改善情况差别有显著性(P<0·05);改善情况,治疗组总有效率为90%,显效率为50·0%;对照组总有效率为55·0%,显效率为25·0%,治疗组明显优于单用普罗帕酮对照组(P<0·01)。[结论]通心络胶囊结合普罗帕酮治疗冠心病心律失常优于单用普罗帕酮,临床症状改善更明显,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Yangxinshi Tablets on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. [Method] Divide 50 cases randomly into treatment group and control group. Treatment group 30 cases were taken Tongxinluo Capsule, 2 pills/time, 3 times/d; the control 20 cases, propaeton, 150mg for each time, 3 times a day; 4 weeks for two groups. Test ECG, 24h ECG （Holter） to the two groups before and after treatment, make summary after treatment. [Result] On Holter improvement of early atrial pulsation, total and marked effective rates were better in treatment group than control group with marked difference（P〈 0.01）; on early ventricular pulsation, there＇s no marked difference on total effective rate and marked effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05） ; on clinical symptoms relieving, total effective rate was 84%, marked effective rate 56.6% for treatment group, the difference was obvious（P〈0.01） compared with control group. [Conclusion] The combination of Tongxinluo Capsule and propaeton is better than only propaeton in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease, with marked relieve of clinical symptoms, worthy promoting.
