锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效分析

Clavicle Hook-steel Plate Treat Dislocation of Acromioclavicular Joint

[目的]探讨AO锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效及内固定取出的必要性。[方法]对31例肩锁关节脱位的患者采用AO锁骨钩钢板治疗。按Constant and Murley法评定肩关节功能,对各型肩峰患者的肩锁关节脱位疗效及内固定取出前后进行对比分析。[结果]31例患者得到随访,I型,II型肩峰患者评分高,内固定取出前后差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。[结论]AO锁骨钩钢板是治疗I型、II型肩峰患者的肩锁关节脱位较好的治疗方法,并建议术后取出。

[Objective] To explore the curative effect of AO clavicle hook-steel plate on dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and the necessity of taking out internal fix. [Method] Take AO clavicle hook-steel plate on dislocation of acromioclavicular joint 31 cases in our hospital Jan. 2001-Dec. 31, 2005. Under Constant and Murley method, evaluate shoulder joint function, make comparison and analysis on cure of various dislocation of acromioclavicular joint of acromion before and after taking out internal fix. [Result] Follow up 31 cases, high scores for type Ⅰ and Ⅱ acromion. The difference was of marked meaning before and after taking out internal fix（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] AO clavicle hook-steel plate is a good treatment for dislocation of acromioelavicular joint in type Ⅰand Ⅱ acromion patients. It suggests to take it out after ooeration.
