摘要
[目的]探讨推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床疗效。[方法]临床上运用颈部推拿、短杠杆微调复位、拔伸牵引等推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症32例。[结果]经治疗20天,临床治愈15例,占46·9%;有效14例,占43·8%;无效3例,占9·4%;总有效率为91·6%。[结论]此方法操作简便,疗效满意,可作为门诊常规手法开展。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of massage on prolapse of cervical intervertebral disc. [Method] Clinically apply the manipulations of cervical massage,slight reposition with short level,pulling and traction to 32 cases of prolapse of cervical intervertebral disc. [Result] After 20 days of treatment,15 cases were clinically cured,occupying 46.9%; 14 effective,43.8%; 3 had no effect,9.4% ; the total effective rate was 91.6%. [Conclusion] The said method is convenient for operation,with satisfying result ,can be the routine manipulation for the out-patients.
