摘要
托圈是支承转炉炉体的大型结构件,研究表明,危及托圈的主要因素是热应力过大,热应力的数值一般为机械应力的2~3倍。从温度场入手描述了托圈温度应力分布的一般情况,给出了环状托圈温度应力计算的经验公式。从温度应力的角度出发,提出了托圈结构的优化原则。
The ring is a large—scale structure which supports the BOF. Research shows high heat stress is a important factor which damages the BOF. Generally, the level of heat stress is 2~3 times higher than that of mechanical stress. At the foundation of temperature field analysis, this article describes the general rule of the distribution of ring heat stress, puts forward experience formulae about heat stress of rings and principle of structure optimization.
