Research on the Relationship between Sports and Social Contracts

“社会契约”原则的合理化建设问题,是和谐社会共建社会文明的基础。本文从竞技运动的价值理念出发,讨论竞技运动与社会契约原则的相互关系,着重从社会公平、竞争意识和法制伦理三个方面给予评说。

Civilization in a harmonious society is based on the reasonable construction of the principle of social contracts. Beginning from the description of sports values, this article studied the relationship between sports and social contracts especially in the viewpoints of social justice, competition consciousness and legal ethics.
