摘要
通过对近十年来有关运动疲劳动物实验方面的文献进行归纳总结,试图找出其中有关运动疲劳动物模型建立的规律和方法,以及与运动疲劳理论方面的联系,并对目前有关运动疲劳动物模型的建立中存在的问题进行讨论,为运动生理生化机能的研究提供实验材料。
From investigating the literatures about animal model of exercise fatigue in the last 10 years, the paper try to find the methods and rules of establishing animal model of exercise fatigue, and the relation with the theories of exercise fatigue. In addition, some problems of animal model of exercise fatigue are discussed. The review offers better experimental materials for the sports biochemical and physiological research.
