摘要
马钢2500 m^3高炉自投产起,已取得了显著的技术进步和良好的生产指标。高炉寿命与高炉炉型、冷却设备、冷却水质、耐材选择、砌砖工程质量、炉体综合监测、精料、良好的高炉操作、冷却设备的精心维护、护炉、炉衬修补等方面有关,本文还提出了今后需要进一步研究解决的问题。
The 2500 m^3 BF at Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. , has acquired technological progress and good performance since blow-in on April 25 1994. The campaign of BF depends on BF profile design, cooling system, cooling water quality, refractories and brickwork quality, monitoring of lining, quality of burden, BF operation, and maintenance, as well as some problems which must be solved are mentioned.
