摘要
研究了白炭黑的种类及其用量、不同乙烯基含量的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶的质量比、多乙烯基增硬剂的用量、石英粉的粒径及其用量、热稳定剂的种类对胶辊用热硫化(HTV)硅橡胶的物理性能和老化性能的影响。结果表明,胶辊用HTV硅橡胶的较佳配方为:乙烯基摩尔分数为0·08%的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶和乙烯基摩尔分数为8%的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶按98/2~95/5的质量比并用,填料为55份沉淀法白炭黑LP和80份粒径3000目的石英粉,多乙烯基增硬剂用量为3份,加入1%自制的热稳定剂。按此配方制成的HTV硅橡胶在177℃×22h条件下的压缩永久变形小于10%、拉伸永久变形小于2%、抗拉与抗撕性能优良、耐磨性及耐老化性好,能满足制造工业用胶辊的要求。
This paper studied different effects affecting the physical and aging resistance performance of the silicone rubber for roller, which included types and content of fumed silica, choice of raw rubber with different ethylene content, addition of polyethylene hardening agent, particle size and addition amount of quartz powder, types of heat resistance additive. Results of the experiments showed that by using mixture of low ethylene content raw rubber with molecular weight of 550~620 thousands and ethylene content of 0.08%, and high ethylene content raw rubber with ethylene content of 8%, the silicone rubber used in silicone roller was fabricated. The rubber with an addition of high ethylene content raw rubber of 3%~5% showed the best performance. Using a filler of 45~55 parts of LP fumed silica and 80 parts of quartz powder, the rubber showed excellent reinforcing performance. And the rubber with an addition of 3 parts polyethylene hardening agent, 1% of heating resistance additive had good performance. The silicone rubber had compress permanent set less than 10%, tensile permanent set less than 2%, good tensile property and tearing property, good abrasion resistance and age resistance under the conditions of 177℃×22 h,, which could meet the demand of the roller for industry.
