摘要
应用偏最小二乘法(PLS)与人工神经网络(ANN)相结合的方法,研究热轧砖钢牌号的优化,以期提高其磁感强度、降低铁损。生产实践表明,采用优化结果所设计的工艺参数,高牌号的产品比率有显著的提高。
Optimal technological conditions of hot rolled silicon steel production have been investigated to increase the rate of the finished products with higher magnetic permeability and lower losses using an artificial intelligence arithmetic method, that combines the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The rate of products with better qualities has risen with new technology.
