摘要
[目的]建立含醋酸氯己定消毒产品的高效液相色谱测定方法。[方法]液相色谱法测定采用Symmetry—Shield”RP18柱,乙腈+0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(30+70)流动相体系,在pH为2.60,流速0.8ml/min,检测波长259tinl的条件下,测定经乙醇提取稀释的样品。[结果]醋酸氯己定在0.02~0.50g/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,加标回收率为99.58%~101.37%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.92%。[结论]该方法测定消毒产品中醋酸氯己定,样品处理简便、方法精密度好、准确可靠、适用性强,可以满足日常检测和质量控制工作需要。
[Objective]To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate in sanitary products. [Methods]Sample extracted and dilated with alcohol, was tested by HPLC method with column of SymmetryShield^TM-C18, a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH2PO4) solution(30 : 70, V/V ), under the condition of pH = 2.60,a flow rate of 0. 8 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 259 nm to determine the concentration of chlorhexidine acetate in the sample. [Results]The linearity was good in the range of 0. 02-0. 50 g/L( r =0. 999 9). The recovery was 99.58%-101.37%. And the relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was 1.92%. [Conclusion]The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and practical, suitable for the daily work and quality control on chlorhexidine acetate analysis.
