高效液相色谱法测定消毒卫生产品中的醋酸氯己定

HPLC Method for the Determination of Chlorhexidine Acetate in Sanitary Products

[目的]建立含醋酸氯己定消毒产品的高效液相色谱测定方法。[方法]液相色谱法测定采用Symmetry—Shield”RP18柱，乙腈＋0．02mol／L磷酸二氢钾（30＋70）流动相体系，在pH为2．60，流速0．8ml／min，检测波长259tinl的条件下，测定经乙醇提取稀释的样品。[结果]醋酸氯己定在0．02～0．50g／L范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，加标回收率为99．58％～101．37％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1．92％。[结论]该方法测定消毒产品中醋酸氯己定，样品处理简便、方法精密度好、准确可靠、适用性强，可以满足日常检测和质量控制工作需要。

[Objective]To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate in sanitary products. [Methods]Sample extracted and dilated with alcohol, was tested by HPLC method with column of SymmetryShield^TM-C18, a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（KH2PO4） solution（30 ： 70, V/V ）, under the condition of pH = 2.60,a flow rate of 0. 8 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 259 nm to determine the concentration of chlorhexidine acetate in the sample. [Results]The linearity was good in the range of 0. 02-0. 50 g/L（ r =0. 999 9）. The recovery was 99.58%-101.37%. And the relative standard deviation （ RSD ） was 1.92%. [Conclusion]The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and practical, suitable for the daily work and quality control on chlorhexidine acetate analysis.
