济南市8例艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗情况分析

Analysis of the Anti-Virus Treatment(ART) of 8 AIDS Patients in Ji'nan City

[目的]了解济南市艾滋病病人免费抗病毒药物治疗情况。[方法]对2004年以后济南市8例艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗资料进行分析。[结果]治疗8例艾滋病病人，无1例退出治疗，2例出现严重副反应并更换治疗方案。8例病人治疗3个月后，CD4细胞数增高0．31～81．33倍；CD8细胞数4例增高，1例基本无变化；CD4／CD8值7例分别增高0．2～11倍。[结论]抗病毒治疗艾滋病病人能促进免疫重建。

[Objective]To understand the situation of 8 AIDS patients received ART in Ji＇nan City. [Methods]To analyze the materials of 8 AIDS patients who received ART since 2004. [Results]There was only 2 persons whose ART regiments were adjusted because of side effects and no one withdrew from ART among all objects. After ART of three months, the CD4 number was 0.31-81.33 times of that before ART; the CD8 number of 4 patients increased, and that of one patient did not change; the ratio of CD4 to CD8 of 7 patients increased 0.2- 11 times separately. [Conclusion]ART could effectively accelerate the immunization reestablishment of AIDS patients.
