摘要
[目的]分析食品卫生案例，为食品卫生监督执法工作提供科学依据。[方法]对2000-2005年海阳市食品卫生案例进行了调查分析。[结果]调查发现违法主体为饮食行业和食品加工业，案件发生主要集中在第2季度和第3季度。[结论]应把饮食行业和食品加工业的第2季度和第3季度的卫生监督作为重点。
[Objective]In order to provide scientific basis for food sanitary supervision law enforcement work. [Methods]Investigation and analysis were conducted on the files of food hygiene from 2000 to 2005 in Haiyang city. [Results]Catering trade and food processing industry were the main illegal bodies. The incidents concentrated in the second quarter and the third quarter. [Conclusion]Health supervision and inspection to catering trade and food processing industry in the second and third quarter must be strengthened.
