摘要
[目的]了解济南市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平及其变化趋势,找出薄弱环节,减少和避免射线对人体的危害。[方法]对2002~2005年济南市115家市管单位放射工作人员个人剂量检测资料进行分析。[结果]2002~2005年合计,应检测1890人年,实际检测1514人年,平均检测率为80.11%;集体剂量当量为686.69人·mSv;人均年剂量当量为0.45mSv,显著低于国家标准限值(50mSv),有15人为5~14mSv,2人为15~50mSv,1人(工业X射线探伤工作人员)〉50mSv。[结论]济南市管单位放射工作人员人均年剂量当量较低,应加强工业x射线探伤工作人员的防护。
[Objective]To study the individual irradiated dose equivalent and variety from occupational external irradiation in radiation workers in Ji'nan city, find out the deficiency,reduce and avoid the hurt of X-ray. [Methods]Data of individual irradiated dose equivalent measurements in radiation workers of 115 units in from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed. [Results]For four years, 1 890 man-year should be measured,in fact only 1 514. The average measurement rate was 80.11%; Collectivity dose equivalent for all subjects was found to be 686.69 man. mSv; Annual personal average dose equivalent was 0. 45 mSv,which is far below the state exposure limit values(50 mSv). There is fifteen workers between 5 to 14 mSy, two was between 15 to 50 mSv,one (industrial X-ray application worker) overrun 50 mSv. [Conclusion]Annual personal average dose equivalents in Ji'nan radiation workers were low,protection for industrial X-ray application workers should be strengthened.
