摘要
在论述国有森工企业实施文化管理的必要性的基础上,提出国有森工企业要实施文化管理,并分析了国有森工企业实施文化管理的对策,阐述了文化管理是国有森工企业发展的新途径。
On the basis of elaboration on the necessity of cultural management implemented by state-owned forest industrial enterprise, the paper proposed that state-owned forest industrial enterprise should implement the cultural manage. The paper was analyzed the route of the cultural management implemented by state-owned forest industrial enterprise, and explained that cultural management is a new development opportunity of the state-owned forest industrial enterprise.
