Design of 4G Monitoring and Alarm System Based on Beidou Star Orientation

以国内自主研发的北斗双星导航定位系统为基础,以GSM(全球移动通信系统)/GPRS(通用分组无线电业务)网络为平台,结合GPS(全球定位系统)技术和GIS(地理信息系统)软件以及现有的无线编解码、CMOS摄像等技术,实现了无距离限制的远程监控报警、导航定位和图像、语音的采集与处理。运用北斗双星导航定位系统的双向短报文通信技术,实现了区域报警和行驶车队之间的通信以及寻迹。

The system based on Beidou star＇ s navigation and orientation system which has rssearched by ourselves, makes roof of GSM/GPRS network, combines GPS technique, GIS software, the wireless coding , decoding and CMOS imaging technique, and realizes no-distance limiting control, alarm, navigation, orientation, and the collection and disposal of the image and phoneme. It also realizes area alarm, communication and seeking among the running vehicles depending on BeiDou＇ s both-direction and short-message communicating technique.
