摘要 甲烷含量的检测对煤矿的安全生产等有着重大的意义。介绍了采用美国微芯公司生产的PIC16F873微处理器等器件来设计甲烷检测报警仪,实现了对空气中的甲烷含量的检测。分别描述了PIC16F873微处理器结构、系统指标及各模块硬件设计方案,并给出了详细的程序流程。报警仪使用4.2 V锂电池供电,具有性价比高、运行稳定、实时性好、抗干扰能力强等优点。该设计已被用于工程实际,获得了满意的效果,具有很好的实用和推广意义。 The methane content detecting is very important for coal mine production. This article introduces a methane alarm with PIC16F873 MCU manufactured by Microchip Technology Company in U. S. A, which can detect the methane contents in air. The paper also describes the structure of PIC16F873 MCU, the system index, the design scheme of every module hardware and lists a detailed process. The alarm uses 4.2 V lithium battery, which has an excellent performance-price rate, steady operation state, fine real time performance, and strong anti-interference capability. Now the design has been used in the coal mines production, and it has gained satisfactory effects, and is utility in application and popularization.
