摘要
用自行组装的 FIA 装置,对Fe(Ⅲ)-SXO 体系进行了系统研究,优化了流路参数和反应条件,拟定了新的 Fe(Ⅲ)的 FIA 光度法,用于铁的测定。方法的线性范围、检测限和采样速度分别为0~5.5μg/ml,0.02mg/L和120次样/h。该法有较强的抗干扰能力,成功地用于天然水或某些工业用水中总铁量的直接测定。并与手工光度法进行了比较。
A flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of total iron with Fe(Ⅲ)—Semi-XO colour system has been studied systematically by assembling equipment in the rFIA manifold,and compared with manual spectrophotometry.The operant parameters and reaction conditions have been optimized,and a new flow injection procedure has been established.The linear range is 0-5.5μg/ml for total iron with a detection limit of 0.02mg/L,and the sampling frequency is 120 samples/h. This technique was applied to the determination of total iron in natural water and some industrial water with satisfactory re- sults.
