摘要 用微型烧结试验装置研究了Al2O3加剧烧结矿低温还原份化的原因。在立式电炉中焙烧烧结小饼,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜-能谱仪等手段对烧结饼进行检测.研究得出,Al2O3促使Fe2O3的还原应力集中及膨胀裂纹扩展,从而加剧烧结矿的膨胀粉化. With mini-sintering device, the causes of Al2O3 aggravating iron ore sinterreduction degradation was studied. Sinter tablets were made in electric furnace and examinedby optical microscope and SEM -EDS et al. It was found that,due to the stress concentration during Fe2O3 reduction and crackes extension were promoted by Al2O3, and then the reduction degradation property was deteriorated.
