摘要
采用三因素五水平正交试验研究了混合机填充率、转速及混合料水分对制粒效果的影响。制粒后混合料的透气性、平均粒径、抗机械冲击及抗粉化指标随填充率、转速、水分变化的规律相似.在最佳制粒区域时,四项指标均达到最佳值.最佳制粒工艺条件可以改善烧结料层原始透气性及烧结过程的透气性,提高垂直烧结速度,其他指标变化不明显。
The effect of percent filling,Froude number of mixing drum, and moisture ofmix on granulating efficiency has been studied. The results shoWn that they have similar effects on permeability, meandiameter, shatter index, and abrasion index of sinter mix. Theaforesiad four indexes reach optimium values in operation area. Under optimum operationcondition, permeability of both original sinter mix and sinter bed during sintering process hasbeen improved. As a result, sintering speed increased,and changes of other sintering processindex haven't been observed.
