摘要
在简要介绍水中氰化物检测方法的基础上选择采用流动注射法的异烟酸-巴比妥酸分光光度法测定饮用水中氰化物的含量,详细说明了检测原理、步骤和分析流程。同时与经典的异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法的检测结果及效果进行了比较,结果表明该方法具有分析速度快、准确度高、精密度高、减少污染等特点。最后指出了流动注射法在今后水质分析中的发展趋势。
On the basis of introducing briefly the method to test cyanide in water,the article explains the principles and steps of one testing method and its analytical flow. The method uses isonicotinic-pyrazolone colorimetery to test the content of cyanide in water through flow injection. Testing results and effects of the method and the classical isonicotinic-pyrazolone colorimetery are compared, and the result shows this method has some advantages of quick analysis speed, high accuracy, and high exactitude, and can reduce pollution. Lastly, this article indicates the trend of this method in water analysis.
