摘要
建立产品可靠性在环境应力水平和增长时间段上二维变化的加速可靠性增长模型,给出了模型参数的最小二乘估计(LSE)和模型的拟合优度检验方法,有效地解决不同应力水平产品平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)的转换难题,为加速可靠增长问题的解决提供了新的思路。最后用具体的算例,验证了模型的正确性。
The paper established an accelerated reliability growth model that shows the two-dimensional change of a product's rehability at the ambient stress level and growth time portion. It also presented the least squares estimation (LSE) of the parameters of the model and its goodness-of-fit test method, effectively overcoming the difficulty in converting the mean time for blanking failures(MTBF) at different stress levels and shedding light on the solving of accelerated reliability growth problems. The calculation results given at the end of the paper verify the correctness of the model.
