摘要
在分析发动机工作特性的基础上,根据负载变化的多样性与复杂性,提出了恒功率与变功率相结合的控制策略,通过节能控制器对发动机和泵进行控制,使发动机-泵-负载达到良好匹配。并在液压挖掘机试验样机上进行试验。试验结果表明,采用该控制策略后,缩小了发动机随负载的变化范围,提高了燃油利用率和整机效率,提高了系统的响应速度,达到较好节能效果。
After analyzing the working characteristics of an engine and in light of the diversity and complexity of its load variations, the paper proposed a control strategy that combines constant power with variable power. The strategy used an energy-saving controller to control the engine and the pump, thus achieving the good matching of the engine, the pump and load, an experiment on which was carried out using a prototype of hydraulic excavator. The experimental results show that the control strategy adoption reduces the variation range of the engine as it varies with that of the pump, raises the fuel utilization rate and the efficiency of the whole hydraulic excavator, quickens its response speed and produces a better energy-saving effect.
