摘要
根据数字化共轭曲面的基本原理,利用数控系统运动的可控性,提出了一种在数控插齿机上加工修形齿轮的新方法。该方法可以适用于各种类型的齿廓修形,并能有效保证修形加工的质量和精度。
Using the digitized conjugate surface and the controllability of NC system's motion, the paper proposes a novel method for machining modification gears with a NC gear shaper. The method is also applicable to tooth figure modification of various kinds and can effectively ensure the quality and precision of the modification machining
