摘要
近几年来,任务型组织迅速地从一种边缘化的组织形态向社会生活的中心迈进,在处理一些重大的、紧迫的事件时,特别是在处理“危机事件”中,任务型组织表现出巨大的优势。作为一种不同于常规组织的组织形态,它在组织结构形式上表现出动态性、开放性、灵活性和非线性的特征,属于一种远离平衡态的组织结构。如果对任务型组织的实质性方面进行分析的话,也可以看到它的“目标结构”、“利益结构”、“权—责结构”、“交往结构”和“规范结构”等方面的内容。
In recent years, the task-oriented organization has stepped into the center of social life instead of being a borderline organizational form. When dealing with important and urgent events, especially ＂crisis events＂, it shows great advantages. Different from conventional organizations, it manifests dynamic, open, flexible and non-linear characters and is an organizational form far from the trend of balance. If analyzed from its essence, it shows the content of ＂objective structure＂, ＂benefit structure＂, ＂power-duty structure＂, ＂intercourse structure＂ and ＂norm structure＂.
