摘要
柳钢3号高炉于1996年3月炉况失常,高炉北面炉墙结瘤和炉缸堆积。采取了下部吹透、上部放开的措施,同时适当降低结瘤部位的冷却强度,维持较高的炉温,取得了炉况顺行,高炉煤气流分布合理,节焦增产的冶炼效果。
In March, 1996, blast furnace (BF) operation disorder was found in No. 3 BF at Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co. and BF shaft wall accretion and hearth accmulation in northern side were brought about. When measures of activating hearth by air-blast and strengthening peripheral gas flow on the shaft wall taken, cooling intensity at the position of accretion suitably reduced and hearth temperature in higher level hold, smelting effects of a smooth operation of BF, reasonable gas flow distribution, saving coke and increase in production were achieved.
