摘要
简述在冶金企业开展振动监测与故障精密诊断的意义和必要性,针对冶金设备的特点,提出开展该项工作的系统组成、软硬件功能及配置,并就现场开展本工作的档案建立与诊断实施进行论述,对诊断报告所包含的内容作了叙述。
In this paper, the sense and necessity of carrying out leave-line vibration monitoring and fault precise diagnosis in metallurgical enterprises were briefly introduced. In the light of the characteristics of metallurgical equipment, how to carry out its system component, function and equipment of the hardware and software was presented. Moreover, how to establish the files and carry out the diagnosis on the spot were discussed and the content of diagnosis report was expounded.
