摘要 大规模定制是为了适应全球化市场的竞争和更好地满足消费者多样化的需求而出现的一种生产设计模式,其最终目标是将大规模生产和定制生产这两种模式的优势结合起来,实现既无损于企业经济效益,又能满足单个用户特殊的需求。本文首先综合了大规模定制生产模式及其特征,然后结合概念性介绍和理论分析,对该模式下的产品模型和产品配置及其相关的内容进行了基础性的研究,最后提出了基于大规模定制模式下的面向配置的产品族结构模型。 Mass customization is a mode of manufacture that caters for the competition of the global market and meets the varying needs of consumers. Its ultimate goal is to combine the advantages of mass production and customization production so as to meet individual customers' special needs without sacrificing enterprises' benefits. The paper synthesized mass customization and its characteristics first, and then combined conceptual briefings with theoretical analysis to carry out the basic research on the mode's product models, product configuration and other relevant areas. Finally it proposed a configuration-orlented product family model based on mass cusfomization.
