摘要
为提高摩擦焊接过程的控制精度,重点分析了由比例减压阀和比例方向阀组成的摩擦焊机轴向压力控制系统的静、动态特性,长期生产过程中轴向压力波动规律,以及油温对轴向压力控制结果的影响。并与开关阀组成的摩擦焊机轴向压力施力系统的对应数据进行了对比分析。结果表明:比例阀控制系统轴向压力的静、动态特性均优于开关阀系统;在长期焊接生产过程中,比例阀控制系统的轴向压力不受液压系统油温影响,比开关阀系统稳定,控制精度高,重现性好。
To increase the control precision of a friction welding process, the paper analyzed the static and dynamic characteristics, the axial pressure fluctuations of the axial pressure control system of a friction welding machine during its long-term welding, and the influence of oil temperature on axial pressure control effects. The control system consists of a proportional pressure reduction valve and a proportional directional valve. The corresponding data of the friction welding machine's axial pressure generation system which is made up of switch valves are also compared. The comparison results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the axial pressure of the proportional directional valve control system is better than that of a switch valve; the axial pressure of the proportional valve control system is not affected by oil temperature. In the long-term welding process, the control precision of the axial pressure of the proportional valve control system is higher and more stable than that of the switch valve control system, and not influenced by oil temperature. Its reoccurence is also better.
