教书育人是教师的崇高职责,是教师的职业道德,每个教师都应该增强自己的师德品质,提高教书育人的责任感。同时,教书育人是教师必备的教育素养,教师应提高自己各方面的知识修养,做到善于教书育人。

Imparting Knowledge and Educating People (IKEP) is teachers' lofty responsibility and professional ethics. Every teacher must strengthen his own ethical quality and improve his responsibility. In the meantime, IKEP is the essential educational attainments. Teachers must enhance their own various knowledge accomplishments and be good at IKEP.
