摘要
利用挤压铸造制备氧化铝/铝硅合金复合材料,研究了基体成分对复合材料耐磨性的影响.结果表明,在复合材料中,纤维与基体结合良好,并对铝合金具有增强作用;复合材料具有优异的耐磨性;基体成分不同,耐磨性能不同,基体中的合金元素有利于形成良好界面,改善复合材料的耐磨性.
The effects of matrix composition in alumina/aluminium alloy composites,which were manufactured by squeeze casting, on the wear resistance of thecomposites are studied. The results indicate that the fiber combines with the matrixvery well in the composites and has reinforcing effect on aluminium alloy; and thatthe composites possess excellent wear resistant.The composites,with different matrixcomposition, have different wear resistant, and the alloy elements in the matrix arefavourable to form good interface to improve wear resistance of the composites.
