摘要
平行于硬盘盘面方向,通过微加速度传感器检测外界冲击振动信号,结合硬盘自身的寻道控制系统,采用自适应逆控制算法,提出了附加音圈电机电流的抗冲击振动控制方法。基于Lagrange-Maxwell方程,建立了系统的机电动力学模型。仿真模拟了硬盘寻道过程,对系统的振动控制性能进行了仿真分析,结果验证了该方法的可行性。
To our knowledge, there is a higher requirement for the control of impact vibration of a hard disk in the direction parallel to its surface. Therefore we use a micro-accelerometer to detect the acceleration induced by external impact vibration. We also adopt the track-seeking control system of a hard disk driver and the adaptive inverse control algorithm to propose our impact vibration control method through controlling the electric current of a voice coil motor. Furthermore we establish the track-seeking system's mechatronic and dynamic model with the Lagrange- Maxwell equation. Finally we simulate the hard disk driver's track-seeking process and analyze its vibration control performance. The simulation results verify the feasibility of our method.
